Performance Time:  12:15 p.m.   **time changed**

Awards:  2:15 p.m.  **time changed**

Estimated Return Time:  ~3:40 p.m.
      
Other Details: 
  • Make sure students eat a good meal before reporting for call time.
  • Students need to bring a lunch or money for the concession stand.
  • Spectator admission is $15 (for the full day).  Cash/credit/debit accepted.
  • Please be sure students have their blue SHOW shirt, athletic shorts, black socks, marching shoes, and gloves.
  • If you plan to watch the kids perform, plan on being at the location at least 20 minutes before their performance time.

Performance Time: 7:00 p.m.

      Other Details:  
  • The event begins at 6 p.m.  All of the PVUSD marching bands will be performing.  Admission is FREE.
  • Students need to BRING A LUNCH, they will not be able to go to the concession stand as they will be in uniform.
  • Please be sure students have their blue SHOW shirt, athletic shorts, black socks, marching shoes, and gloves.
  • If you plan to watch the kids perform, plan on being at the location at least 20 minutes before their performance time.

      (This means in the band room with instrument out, uniform on, and ready to go at 6 p.m.)

      • Students need their game shirt and athletic shorts (for under the uniform), black socks, marching shoes, and gloves.

                   Call Time:  8:15 a.m.
                   Raymond S. Kellis Performance Time:  12:00 p.m.

           Other Details for Raymond S Kellis:  Spectator admission for the morning session (9:00 - 1:30) is $10 for adults, $5 for students, children 5 and under are free.  Adult ticket purchase includes a program.
       
                   Mountain Ridge Performance Time:  4:45 p.m.
                   Mountain Ridge Awards:  9:00 p.m.  (we will not be staying)
                   Estimated Return Time:   ~6 p.m.

       
           Other Details for Mountain Ridge:  The ticket booth is located on the east side of the field by spectator parking.  Spectator admission is $5 for adults/students, and free for children under 5.  They accept cash and credit or debit cards.
      • Students need to BRING A LUNCH, they may also consider bringing some money for the concession stand, but be sure to have them bring a lunch

      Senior Call Time: 5:15 p.m.  (with parents and family for pictures)

      Call Time for Everyone Else:  6:00 p.m.


            Other Details:
      • Game starts at 7 p.m.
      • Seniors and their parents will be announced/honored at this game.  Be sure to look for our seniors' banners on the fence inside the entrance to the field when you come to the game.
      • Senior parents will escort their child to be recognized on the field at half-time.
      • Senior parents, please check in with Mrs. McWhorter when you arrive at the school.  We will be taking photographs of you and your student.
